Color Selection

This sweater has been designed for our range of hand-dyed mohair yarns from Fibreworks, both in boucle and brushed.  The sweater pictured above was made with the mohair boucle "blue gum greens" color choice.  It is a very simple design to allow the yarn to "speak".  If you are new to knitting, we recommend that you start with the brushed mohair rather than the boucle.  Both yarns knit up beautifully, but all those boucle loops can be very confusing.  Knitted up on US10 needles, this is a very quick fun project which looks and feels stunning.  The sweater is designed with a separate cowl collar, so you can vary your look, with or without.  It was featured in the Winter'03 edition of Creative Knitting magazine, page 32. The Main kit includes 2x200g skeins to cover all sizes.  The kit includes the yarn and pattern.
