Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Ozeyarn are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Ozeyarn and its content suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Ozeyarn does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Ozeyarn itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Sample Card

The Ozeyarn Sample Card is provided upon request, with a limit of one Sample Card per individual (i.e. no requests for multiple cards for a group of people via one person's request will be fulfilled).  This limit is at the discretion of Ozeyarn management.

The Ozeyarn Sample Card is provided free (i.e. at no cost or charge to the customer) while stock is available.  Availability is at the discretion of the Ozeyarn management.  Ozeyarn reserves the right to change or discontinue the Ozeyarn Sample Card.  Ozeyarn reserves the right to establish a charge to the customer for the Ozeyarn Sample Card at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided by Ozeyarn on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ozeyarn makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
