Ozeyarn knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting the Ozeyarn website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Ozeyarn Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us continually improve your shopping experience at the Ozeyarn website. Primarily this comes from product orders, email messages with you or other communication and feedback.  For example, we might collect your email address (a.k.a. "email alias") so that you could be sent an updated price list or updated sample card.  We retain address information resulting from orders, in case we need to re-send an order.  We do monitor how many unique visitors we have to the Ozeyarn website, and some other statistics such as connection information like browser type and version, operating system, and platform, and the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) click-stream to our website, but no personal details are collected (see cookies).

What Information About Customers Doesn't Ozeyarn Gather?

Ozeyarn does not collect any financial details arising from your credit card transaction.  We only collect the address and contact information, obviously so we can send you your purchase.  All details pertaining to the credit card authentication and transaction are held using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you enter, and are actioned by a secure 3rd party credit card service, so no such information is ever held by Ozeyarn.

We don't perform any background action monitoring, such as tracking what you click on.  At this stage, such information is an overhead and not an important concern.  However, Ozeyarn reserves the right to implement such technology in the future, and if implemented, Ozeyarn would state this on this notice page.

What About Cookies?

Ozeyarn does not utilize Cookies for gathering personal details.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that some websites transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser. This is to enable systems to recognize your specific browser and to provide personalization features such as storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.  At present, Ozeyarn does not utilize Cookies for personal information gathering or retain any session state data between your visits to the Ozeyarn website, but reserves the right to implement such technology in the future, and if implemented, Ozeyarn would state this on this notice page.

However, the software package we use for this store and shopping cart does use cookies to temporarily hold information about what products you are ordering and displays them in the cart.  If you wish to purchase items on the Ozeyarn website you will need cookies activated on your browser (this is usually enabled by default).  Another note - you will also need JavaScript enabled in your browser before you can purchase products. But again, JavaScript is also enabled by default on most web browsers.

Does Ozeyarn share the information it receives?

No.  Information from our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of providing or selling it to others.
